Policies

Fitness Within is proud to provide a safe, empowering and professional instructional environment.  Please familiarize yourself with our policies prior to attending your personal training session or bootcamp.  If you have any questions regarding these policies or have questions as to what class is best for you, please call the studio at 781-942-2919.


General Policies:

  • Bootcamps must be paid in full before attending.
  • Fitness Within reserves the right to cancel any bootcamp with less than 3 people.
  • Prior to your appointment or bootcamp, notify your instructor or trainer of any physical limitations.
  • Before your first appointment or bootcamp, all clients must fill out a basic intake form and sign a liability waiver.
  • Please speak in a "conversational" tone while others are training.


Studio Etiquette:

SIGN IN AT FRONT DESK - EVERY TIME!

Of course we know your name, you are like family, but please sign in at the Front Desk to ensure our staff enters the information into our system.  This is all about record keeping, so we appreciate your cooperation in advance.

We have cubbies where you are free to leave your personal belongings during class or your appointment.  Although our studio is safe, we cannot be held responsible for any items you bring with you into the studio.  This includes, property loss, theft or damage.

New Client Policy:

New clients must come in 15 mins prior to their appointment or class to fill out the necessary paperwork and discuss any medical condition, medication, injury or health limitation with the trainer or instructor. This also gives the trainer more information on what to expect from your appointment or bootcamp. 


Refund Policy:

Personal Training:  Sessions are paid in advance and will be held as credits to your account. These credits cannot be redeemed for cash value under any circumstances after the 72 hour full reimbursement policy. Sessions are voided if more than 90 days of inactivity pass without notifying Fitness Within. All sessions expire after one (1) calendar year of date of purchase.

Bootcamp:   Bootcamps that are paid in advance will be held as credits to your account. These credits cannot be redeemed for cash value under any circumstances after the 72 hour full reimbursement policy.  All 10 and 25 class cards expire after three (3) calendar months of date of purchase.


Referral Program:

Earn a $100 Visa Gift Card when you refer a friend, co-worker, family member to Fitness Within and they join a small group membership, personal training membership or purchase 10+ personal training sessions. You do not need to be a client to take advantage of this offer.

Earn a $50 Visa Gift Card when you refer a friend, co-worker, family member to Fitness Within and they join the bootcamp membership.  You do not need to be a client to take advantage of this offer.



Loyalty Program:

Earn your points... by attending a personal training session, small group training session, writing a testimonial, creating a video testimonial, buying a 25+ personal training package, sharing a post on Facebook, liking our facebook page, reviewing us on Facebook, giving us a review on a popular site (google, yelp, etc), your birthday, referring clients.


Redeem your points...for personal training sessions, discount on personal training membership, small group membership, bootcamps, or bootcamp membership.  

Weather Policy:

In the unfortunate case of inclement weather it may be necessary to cancel or close the studio.  Please check with our website or facebook page for the latest updates.

A late cancel due to severe weather will not be counted against your account. 

Privacy Policy:

  • Fitness Within, LLC does not rent or sell personal information about you with other people or nonaffliated companies, except to provide products or services you have requested.
  • Fitness Within, LLC will allow authorized employees, who have signed a non-disclosure, limited access to your personal information in order to provide product or services you have requested and in order for them to do their jobs.
  • Fitness Within, LLC has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with industry standard practices to protect information about you.
  • Fitness Within, LLC connects when necessary over SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
  • The email address you provide to us may be used to send you a periodic newsletter, current specials or promotions and other studio information such as early closings, class cancellations, etc.  At any time you can opt out of receiving these emails.
